About the adventure
Want to learn french in a fun way? You've come to the right place! This will play as normal dnd 5e, but your french speaking ability impacts the game! This will be tailored to your french level. May it be beginner or advanced. You spoke good french? You get an inspiration point to reroll a future roll! You got a saving throw to do? Answer this pop quiz and you can reroll! The npc only understand french (don't worry I'll help you talk to them). And While we play I shall teach you new words that might save your life later... About the campaign itself: Captured by drows, you are brought to the underdark with other prisonners, you must escape the terrible fate awaiting you. But as you journey, you'll realise that there is more than your survival at stakes, and soon, you'll need to face demons lords. In this serious, yet sometimes wacky adventure, you'll fight, explore and roleplay your way across the underdark. Sometimes, you'll even get to play NPCs! If you like the vibe of alice in wonderland, if you like intense situations that could mean life or death if not careful, but still enjoy to laugh, this campaign is for you!

Creating your character
Come prepared with at least a good idea of what you want to play before the first session. I can help you finalise the character then if needed.

All you will need is a mic, a discord account and a roll 20 account. Also, find an image to represent your character on the map.
What Marie Desautels brings to the table
I have all the maps in color, with the tokens. I always put a fitting music and I do my best to make the characters sound different. I tend to follow the rules for the most part with a few exeptions that we will discuss.
Homebrew rules
- Can use 2 bonus actions if you sacrifice your main action. - Can use 2 spellslots in the same turn if one is a bonus action. -No Flanking.

How Marie Desautels creates a safe table
Please write to me if there is anything you want to avoid in the roleplay. If a situation is too much, tell me. We can take breaks, we can change the scene or reduce the intencity. My own limits are: no explicit sex scenes (fade to black if something does happen), nothing rape related, no pedophilia of any kind. I will not tolerate if anyone breaks those limits. I will warn and even ban if necessary. Your own limits will be added to the list of rules that we will discuss at the begining of the campaign. I want everyone to be comfortable at my table.
