About the adventure
From its deep and forbidding forests, where horrific aberrations lurk, to the hulking and impenetrable mountain ranges where lost legacies lie, the land of Etharis is formidable. However, the true monsters of this land are found in the degenerating cities of old, where humanity clings to survival. While nefarious figures entice those who seek power, the devotees of dead gods punish the impious. There are few heroes in a world as morally corrupted as this. The only hope in Etharis is that which you bring, yourself.

About me
Hello! GM looking for slayers of dragons, and delvers of dungeons! I've been playing D&D since the mid-1980's, took a break for real life, and returned to the game in 2017. I haven't stopped playing since. Creating worlds to be explored and working with others to create memorable stories is an absolute joy. My job is to ensure everyone is having fun, with their own moments in the spotlight. I try to strike a game balance between combat and role play, as the players desire. I try to ensure my world makes sense, so actions have consequences.

Creating your character
This is a gritty campaign, so characters of any alignment are acceptable. Level 8 to start. Any material from authorized playbooks permitted. 2014/legacy content only, please. 27 Point-Buy or Roll for stats. Stats must be rolled on the Discord server. No homebrew. No flying races.
Party consists of a monk, an artificer, a ranger, a paladin and a cleric. Presently at level 9.
What to expect
Preparing for the session
Working microphone and Discord is necessary. AboveVTT extension and a D&D Beyond account are required. I'll send out campaign links where you can obtain relevant content, once you've signed up.
What Gritz brings to the table
VTT, custom maps/tokens, D&D Beyond content. I'm not an actor, just an enthusiast.
