Creating your character
Character creation in Wrath and Glory is quick and easy. To get started, you'll choose a faction from among the various factions, Imperial, Eldar, Ork, to name a few. Each faction has its own unique strengths and weaknesses, as well as special abilities and equipment. Once you've chosen your faction, you'll select your character's archetype. This will determine your character's role on the crew, such as a combat specialist or a tech expert. You'll also choose a background, which will give you additional skills and abilities. Next, you'll allocate points to your character's attributes, which represent their physical and mental capabilities. These attributes include things like Strength, Agility, and Intelligence. You'll also choose a set of skills, which represent your character's specific talents and abilities. Finally, you'll select your character's gear and weapons. This is where you'll choose your character's signature equipment, such as a power sword or a custom-built lasgun. You'll also have the option to choose additional equipment, such as grenades or a grappling hook. All of these choices come together to create a unique character that is ready to explore the universe of Warhammer 40k. And with the game taking place on the VTT Foundry, you won't need to purchase any additional materials to get started. So gather your crew and get ready to set sail on a journey of adventure and danger!
The Gilead System is a fractured corpse of the Imperium, severed from the Emperor’s light by the Great Rift. Faith is fading, order is crumbling, and every faction is clawing for dominance in a war-torn void. Cut off from their dynasty’s wealth and power, the Rogue Trader and their crew find themselves trapped in this dying system. They have no fleet, no allies, and no clear way home. But they do have a lead. Before the Rift, one of their dynasty’s trusted operatives disappeared while overseeing the transport of a valuable shipment. The cargo, whatever it was, never arrived, and all official records of its fate have been erased or buried. The dynasty’s influence is already in decline, and if they cannot reclaim what was lost, their legacy will fade into nothing. With no other leads, the crew has come to Chancer’s Vale, the festering heart of the system’s criminal underworld. Here, in the shadows of rusted voidships and lawless streets, they must deal with Kain Velos, an underworld information broker who once worked with their dynasty. He knows something, but knowledge in Chancer’s Vale is never given freely. The crew must earn Velos’ trust before he reveals the truth. The stolen shipment is only the beginning. Something far more dangerous is waiting to be uncovered.

To participate in the game, players will need an internet-capable device. Having a webcam and mic is optional but recommended for a more immersive experience.
