About the adventure
Join us for a high-crime adventure using the newly published 2024 5th edition Player's Handbook! Sometimes it is necessary to procure certain items through less than legal means; that's where you and your crew come in. Join our crew of thieves to pull off a string of break-ins, con jobs, and robberies that will test your strategic planning, problem-solving, and teamwork skills. These daunting assignments will take you from the depth of the city sewers to the top of icy prison walls, force you to infiltrate a thieves' guild or pass yourself off as a member of high society at a fancy dinner party with the rich and powerful. Beware; complications will surely arise, and the difference between success and failure will determine your reward and the campaign's progression. This home-brewed adventure is tailored to the players and their characters.

About me
When it comes to table top games, cooperative story telling is the most important element to me. Whether we are exploring a mad wizard's tower, hunting a werewolf across the moors, or plotting to overthrow the Marquise, I can't wait to see what creative solutions and crazy plans players will come up with. I've been playing and running roleplaying games for more than 20 years across a variety of systems. In that time I've learned one golden rule that I always try to follow, be a fan of the players. My job is to set the stage and let the players explore the space. Along with a healthy does of enthusiasm, I provide art, battle maps, ambient music, and a DND Beyond account with a metric ton of books and player options. I'm excited for the chance to run a game or campaign for you and your friends. (In response to your messages, the pupper is a golden retriever. His name is Cheddar.)

Creating your character
The campaign uses Point Buy for ability scores. Please have a character concept that includes your class and race, along with what sort of role you play on the Heist Crew. If you are new to the 2024 rule set, don't worry! We will learn it together.
The crew just hit level 5! We have 2 warlocks, a paladin, rogue, and Illrigger.
What to expect

How Terry creates a safe table
Players should expect a story driven narrative with the game revolving around the players. We will follow the rule of cool over rules as written. Along with combat, expect social and intellectual challenges while having the freedom to explore the storyline at your own pace.
