About the adventure
Century Station was a major American industrial city that had fallen on hard times until a mysterious organization called Project Daedalus showed up and made it the site of the world's first cold-fusion reactor, providing clean energy to the world. The city became a hub of technological & industrial investment once more until an alien arrived and apprehended project director as a fugitive from justice. Within a short time thereafter, all alien technology that had been used to build the reactor had to be confiscated. Consequently, where the city was briefly a major center of global investment, the vacuum has been filled opportunistic criminals taking advantage of the breakdown of the social order that followed the city's economic collapse. Heroes Unlimited is a superhero role-playing game written by Kevin Siembieda and first published by Palladium Books in 1984. The game is based upon the Palladium Books Megaversal system and is compatible with other games that use the Palladium system.

Knows the Rules
I have played a few sessions with Augur now and each has been amazingly fun! He has a great knack for timing in the session - allowing the players to immerse in, develop, and drive part of the story/adventure; yet, he keeps the overall adventure driving forward and not letting the players stall the adventure down. The maps are always amazing 👏! And he uses music to help set the scenes and better get you into the "theater of the mind" aspect of TTRPGs. He's always willing to help, step-by-step, guide you through using your character sheets & overall layout in Roll20 which was incredibly helpful for me as a newbie to the VTT world. Whether you are a newbie, veteran, or somewhere in between, Augur's style of GM'ing is complimentary for all! He clearly has a passion for GM'ing and creating fun and engaging adventures. I highly recommend booking any open session he has. I promise you, you will NOT be disappointed. *UPDATE* The sessions keep just getting better and better each time! Like seriously, if you can make it into one of his one-shots or find an open seat in one of his regular campaigns - do your self a favor and GET BOOKED for it! *2nd UPDATE* It's been 9 months now that I have played in several of Augur's games. I am in 4 of the now! So that should tell ya something! The sessions just keep getting better and better! Augur is great at letting the players build their team dynamics and drive the course of the adventures/campaigns. He is always willing to let us try some hair-brained scheme even when it completely goes astray from the notes he creates for himself! That is the flexibility that makes an amazing GM! If you haven't joined one of his games yet - do yourself a favor and DO IT!
Not enough boxes available to pick, really, he is good at world building, Inclusive and safe, etiquette pushing, so people don't get trampled on by other players who think every moment should be about them. Brings the A game with music, maps, and sounds, which definitely sets the mood, even if a lot of his characters tend to sound a like after a while, but only cause over a decade+ you've heard the lot of them, and does a great job of teaching the games to new people, there isa reason why he doesn't have a high turn around, that requires people to leave often, which they don't, if you see an opening in a game, I suggest you grab it and give it a try.
Played a pre-gen with some established players at the table. Not super experienced with roll20, but everyone was patient. I look forward to playing with this GM in the future! Been playing in a recurring Rifts game for a few months and this past Saturday's session was awesome! I'm looking forward to future game sessions!
Since joining one of Augur/Lloyd's games, I have come to look forward to an engaging, inclusive, and entertaining experience. Our Expanse RPG sessions are one of the highlights of my month, and he puts in a great deal of care and preparation to ensure that remains to be the case. Whether you're a novice or veteran gamer, you will find a welcoming community on his Discord server, where a number of reoccurring and one-shot games are hosted.
Character creation
Creating your character
Character creation for Heroes Unlimited can range the gamut from simple to complex, so I will walk players through character creation step-by-step outside of regularly scheduled game times.
All campaigns are $10 per session. Campaigns are capped at 7 seats, though I stop actively recruiting when 6 seats are reserved. All characters level-up at the end of every episode/adventure.
What to expect
Preparing for the session
Know your character sheets and the personality of your character. I highly encourage practicing your character and how they'll think and interact with everyday things. Make sure you have your backstory in place so we know how it is that you'll behave. Mics, a Discord account, and a Roll20 account are all required. Owning the PDFs or books will be very helpful and lead to less frustration, and so is highly recommended. Support publishers of content you love.
