About the adventure
What happens when a strange spaceship towing an asteroid exits the drift on a direct course towards Absalom Station? A fresh party of Starfinders is dispatched to find the answer to that very question. Where did the ship come from? Why does it not respond to hails? What's with the big rock anyways? So begins an adventure that will take this party of adventurers to the corners of the Pact Worlds, out into near space, and then into the great vast, all in a journey of discovery and high adventure.

About me
Hello! I started playing TTRPGs an eon ago with the D&D Red Box set and was nearly immediately put into the DM role by my siblings and cousins. I would say I am equally comfortable with a homebrewed campaign setting as well as any official worlds. Dragonlance being my favorite with Spelljammer coming in a solid second. Outside of D&D I find Villians and Vigilantes and Paranoia to be just downright fun while World of Darkness is great for sheer world immersiveness. In the end, I love setting the scene and letting the players run wild with their creations.

Creating your character
Characters will be created by rolling two sets of 4d6 (keep the three highest) and choosing which set the player prefers. Attributes can placed in any order.
This table is very newbie friendly and experience with either Starfinder or Fantasy Grounds is not required, the GM will patiently teach all newcomers. Starfinder is not at all a serious system so be prepared for good and [mostly] bad humor. The party is on module 4 of 6 in the Dead Suns AP. Once Dead Suns is completed the table will have the option to continue onto Devastation Ark (levels 12-20) Current party level: 6
What to expect
Preparing for the session
Players will need access to a microphone for Discord voice-comms. The GM holds a Fantasy Grounds Unlimited license so players will only need to download and install the free demo version of Fantasy Grounds Unity
What Dane brings to the table
I bring to the table the Ultimate License for Fantasy Grounds so no purchase of the VTT software is necessary for any player, just download the demo and connect. I will also make custom tokens using HeroForge and send out any STLs upon request.
Homebrew rules

How Dane creates a safe table
Each session will focus on a fast paced environment. Due to being a one-shot there will be more of a focus on a linear chain of events as opposed to a more fluid/sandbox environment found in a long term campaign. At any time a player can call for a break or message an X, N, O.
