Celtic started out asking a lot of great questions of the players and building on the answers to help weave the backdrop for our game's story. She gave us a lot of freedom to plan and interact with the world while helping to keep the plot moving forward. All this with fun improvisations and interesting NPCs is everything I look for in a good GM.
