This was Session Zero -- Largely an "administrative" exercise for DM and players to gather, introduce, cover the ground rules, and wrap up any dangling details from character creation. Regarding the last, I'd rate this an exceptionally good experience, especially since I don't "build" PC but craft character. Nathan was very good to work with in this regard, providing context and "flavor" for class, sub-class, and racial options in his setting without narrowing their focus so tightly that individuality disappears.
