Stephanie was very patient and did a wonderful job explaining, not only a new system, but also the basics of the setting in a simple one-shot. One of the players in the game had not read the Cosmere books, but Stephanie was able to give just enough information for them to role play their character with a nod towards the nuances of the setting. Even when things became tense due to the actions of us players and some bad dice rolls, Stephanie ran the adversaries true to form, leading to some great role play character (player) autonomy leading to success.

Roll20 provides an easy access VTT, offering a full set of tools and integrated character sheets for many popular Roll Playing Games. The ability to share compendiums as a game master and the ever present access for players makes it a platform which encourages play. The basic tools needed for players can be demonstrated and explained in about 5 minutes. Additionally, there are plenty of videos uploaded by Roll20 and other users which provides for ease of learning how to use the Virtual Table Top environment. They continue to evolve and add more options for players and have been integrating Demiplane character sheets into their system to help expand the vast number of RPG systems which can be run on this platform.
