About me
I'm nearing the ol' 4-0 and I've been playing since I was a teenager in some shape or form. I started my journey with Heroquest and Advanced Dungeons and Dragons. Since then, I've explored PirateBorg, Mothership, World of Darkness, and Pendragon to name a few. I'm currently running games in Pathfinder 2e Remaster and Dungeons and Dragons 5e 2024. I like adventures that encourage players to lean into roleplay and interaction, both in and out of character.

Drew ran a very cool combat session with two small player armies in the DM vs GM game. He encouraged a bit of roleplay. There was teaching included for Foundry that was super helpful. If you like the combat system in 5e, this was a different way to use the system and very engaging. Definitely worth a try!

You HAVE TO try these games if you get the chance! By far the highest production value in a game I've tried through StartPlaying. This guy has amazing maps with both real life figurines and digital images. His storytelling is on point. We had an amazing time and got to really use the features of our characters and embrace our roleplaying. His time zone is the only hard part for me and I'll still try to come back in the future for more games.

BrunoDiaz ran a combat focused, Diablo-like dungeon, over a few hours for us. Combat moved quickly and required forethought by the group. He has some decent house rules, but is primarily a RAW guy. Had a good time, would recommend for dungeon crawls.
