I played in his Kids on Bikes Nowheresville Radio mini-campaign and James runs a great table! KoB has a collaborative setting creation process and James did a wonderful job of incorporating everyone's contributions into the setting, while maintaining a delightfully creative novel mystery and resolution. I felt like he met every player with the amount of attention they wanted and was very open to suggestions on how steer the details story, while still having a solid course set for a satisfying conclusion. His story-building, scene descriptions, character voices, even sound effects were evocative, and he has the rare ability to let the tension ride the way that it should in certain scenes. James also puts in the time with session preparations and has a open door between sessions for chatting. The end result were sessions that were the highlight of my week... If you have the chance to play with James, you should take it! You won't regret it.

I was in his homebrew CoC mini-campaign and it was a blast. It ended in a very Lovecraftian way. Mike has a way of fostering player agency and incorporating those neatly into the story!

I played in Colby's Tales from the Loop one-shot and had a great time. The details were immersive and he was very accommodating to the two new players new to the system. The chemistry was wonderful!

I am playing in his Valley Crowne - Innocents game, and it's wonderful. Vinnie has a powerful grip of the game system and setting materials. He's very accommodating and collaborative at helping you make your characters choices come to life. Something special about Vinnie is that he is willing to helm games with even a smaller amount of players than most, so don't be shy... I only hope you can have as much fun as I did with Vinnie as your storyteller! Note: It you are concerned about player safety boundaries... He's come up with a very extensive player safety survey to ensure the game doesn't cross any lines you don't want.

Reese is a great GM! He's running a Blades in the Dark game for us and he's an expert at rolling with the punches, and working with the players to ensure a game that they'll like. It's always a fun time!
