Playing in Cy's Icewind Dale campaign and having an amazing experience so far! They are very skilled with Foundry, with a polished presentation and command of the platform. Incredibly in tune with lore and good at delivering that lore in a way players can understand. Passionate about characters and story and knows the system of DND 5E very well. I am really enjoying their campaign and especially that is different from the published one I was familiar with. Highly Recommend!

Had a great time playing an Alien 2.0 one shot with Dan. I was very new to the game but he made it easy by giving out handouts ahead of time and easing us into the system 1 step at a time. We were all Alien fans but many in the group had 0 experience with TTRPGs but he did a great job coming at each of us on our own level while including plenty of fun in-universe Easter Eggs. Dan brought high production value to the proceedings especially the sound quality designed to maximize the spooky Alien ambiance. I would highly recommend Dan as MU/TH/UR (What the Alien RPG calls the GM) to anyone looking for a high quality experience and patient effective instruction. As for me? I got killed by a Xeno of course, and I can't wait to have it happen again!

I've been playing ttrpgs for 30+ years, been both a player and a GM, and in groups with a huge variety of individuals. Over the years it can be difficult to pin down what make a really great Game Master, who makes the game more fun while keeping the story on track. With that being said you know the great ones when you play in their games, and Craig is in that company. He has an effortless command of the table, with a touch just heavy enough to keep things moving, while always allowing players to follow their own pace. He's a consummate professional with everything you'd expect in that level of GM, which is not always the case on Start Playing. He knows the rules and when they need some finesse in order to make the game run more smoothly. In short, he is 100% what you should be looking for in GMs on this site or anywhere. He also has a fun and welcoming community of players in his Discord who make it easy and enjoyable to join their number. This community is a further testament to what makes him extraordinary.

Been in a campaign with DM for several months, and he is very communicative, reliable and effective. e are in a published adventure and he has great instincts of when to stick to the module and make adjustments. Great planning and improv. Receptive to player backstories and feedback. Never feels adversarial or hostile. Highest recommendation.
