Do you want a RPG that can handle almost anything you can think of to throw at it, with rules for easily figuring out what falls through the cracks? This is that game. Every part of this system is designed well to work with every _other_ part of this system in one harmonious machine. Unlike its predecessor, they kept it to a handful of modifiers that never overwhelms while still providing more customization than one could ever even dream of. As a Game Master, I love it. It's easy to run and adjucate, and I have no complaints.
