Victor

About me

Well met, adventurer! My name is Victor - @DMBushwickVic on Instagram - and I am a professional Game Master with experience running games for both first-timers and veterans alike, both at cons and at local venues. If you’re looking for a truly personable online gaming experience, you’ve come to the right place! I’ve been running TTRPGs at conventions like New York Comic Con, GenCon and Origins for the last two years. I have organized ticketed gaming events at local venues here in Brooklyn, NY, and run paid games through Dungeons & Drafts. I’m a high energy GM/DM who believes the best games are a balanced blend of story and mechanics. I’m a fan of my players and want to see their characters and their ideas reflected back at them in the shared world we create. Regardless of genre, be it high fantasy, supers, sci-fi or political intrigue, I aim to set a tone that is both welcoming and engaged. Some of my favorite game systems at the moment include Dungeons & Dragons 5e (2024), the Marvel Multiverse RPG, Cyberpunk Red, Never Going Home, Eat the Reich and the Fantasy Trip. When I’m not running games, I help run a public weekly boardgame meetup with a growing, vibrant membership. I’m also the proud dog father of a half basset, half German Shepard named Cannoli. He looks like a cannoli. If you have any questions, a special request for a game, or are interested in organizing an in-person event in the NYC area, feel free to reach out!
