Lew is such a wonderful DM! They had me hooked in our game and its world from his first little teaser of it at the end of our session zero. His narration style paired with his expert use of music and sound effects really helps ground you in the moment and it's just overall delightful. As are his NPCs, whether they're allies or antagonists, they are full of life and whimsy that are a joy to interact with. I adore them all. Combats with them are fun and fascinating, there're other objectives outside of simply attacking and killing enemies. During battles they also encourage exploration and lots of roleplaying between PCs and between PCs and NPCs which livens up sessions that end up being focused mostly on combat. And speaking of conflict, he helps foster a space to safely explore intrapary tension with (at least on my part) minimal character bleed! You really can't go wrong signing up for a game with Lew!
