I've been swallowed by a frog, made friends with a giant, and climbed into a mechanical dragon. I've had a great time in our weekly Dragonlance campaign! Meaghan does an amazing job bringing the world and NPCs to life which helps make every session engaging and memorable. She's incredibly patient and helpful taking the time to explain rules and make sure everyone feels included and has fun. The encounters are exciting, challenging, and keep us on our toes without ever feeling unfair - though often unexpected - like when you're suddenly swallowed by a frog without any warning whatsoever just because you're trapesing down the middle of an underground spooky river like a toddler running into the street! If you're looking for a DM who creates an immersive world, runs a fun and well-paced game, and welcomes players of all experience levels, I highly recommend joining one of Meaghan's campaigns. I'm always looking forward to the next session!

When a teammate pulls out a flaming sword to dry their clothes, or the shoes they stole for you start magically walking themselves into danger - you might be in a Devon Jade campaign. I've laughed a lot playing TTRPGs, but never this much. Everything clicked and I felt comfortable with them from the very beginning. I immediately signed up for another of Devon's Monster's in the Mist sessions following a laughter filled Friday evening. Amazing!

This was unexpected. I know my experience is pretty limited, but I have never been this involved in the world-building; it was awesome! Really a fun experience. It was late for me and I had already been involved in a one-shot earlier in the evening. I was excited, though - I didn't want to end the night when I saw there was another one-shot starting at 11pm. Greg and a couple of the other adventurers are in New Zealand so for them it was 7pm. Btw, I love that they are in New Zealand. My Dad was born in Auckland and we visited family there when I was a kid. I remember Peter picking us up from the airport and driving on the wrong side of the road. Every morning on he and Laurel's farm, my sister and I would go feed "Lamby" her bottle of milk. Laurel recently said Lamby was never slaughtered because Susan and I had made her a pet. Anyway, I hope next time I'll be better rested and caffeinated so I can contribute more to the game. And I really hope Laurel is telling the truth about Lamby.

Really a great session. We did a one-shot Monster of the Week. I felt comfortable staying in character and the other players were top shelf talent. We all had fun. Really, I don't think fives stars enough - I had at least ten stars worth of fun.

I joined the Learn To Play DnD one-shot and had a great time. It really was fun and had a couple of belly-laughs. Play was smooth and after about 10 minutes of playing, I really felt comfortable in the environment. I think that's the most important part of the experience. If you come into an unknown space and can feel comfortable in a short time, the facilitator (GM) is doing great work. Highly recommend. I will be back.
