About me
In a world of political buffoonery, too-frequently-terrible news, and the constant existential threat of human-caused catastrophe - I NEED fantasy to catch my breath and forget how much everything sucks, if only for a few hours a week. I'm an educator, a musician, a creative, a huge Trekkie, and avid RPG player. My first game was AD&D with my dad and brothers on Friday nights in the 90s using just the imagination. Today, I'm embracing technology and can usually be found painting minis for the in-person games I GM. Digital games are new to me, though I'm loving learning about them. Right now, I'm a happy forever GM in person and new player online. My hope is to get better and start GMing online soon.

Laura is cool, calm, and informative - regardless of what the chaos goblins (myself included) are doing. She gives each player their own moments of awesomeness and finds a way to incorporate every idea. She communicates well in games and in the Discord server, so we always feel connected. Lots of fun!
