Chris is an excellent DM. He spent time with each of us up front to help us create characters that are multi-dimensional and has already included nods to our varied backgrounds. Chris has created an excellent table for us to learn without it ever feeling like the learning process is slowing the game. His table is safe and welcoming. He has created an environment where the party (and the players) started bonding from the first session. I will enjoy staying at this table for a long time.
Jason was great! Mysteries are hard games to create and run, but Jason did a fantastic job of both. There were just enough red herrings to keep it solvable but interesting. I hadn't played Kids on Bikes before and he made it easy. I will be keeping an eye out for more mysteries by Jason.
Steve is fantastic. His knowledge of the lore, races, rules, classes, and everything is incredibly deep and he has any resource you might need at his finger tips. On top of that, he is a patient teacher who takes the time to learn about your goals and experiences so he can tailor your learning. I recommend him for anyone looking for a good story, especially if you are looking to learn more about the game (even if you've never played before).
I played one of Fatedancer's one shots. The group was very mixed in terms of experience and Fatedancer kept the game moving and fun for all of us while helping folks who had questions. The story had a clear planned arc, yet the party was encouraged to make whatever discissions were right for their characters and Fatedancer adapted. I would definitely play at Fatedancer's table again for a one shot or a campaign.
