About Fatedancer
Hello, I've been playing D&D since 2018 although I was always interested on TTRPGs, During lock-down a group of online friends were looking to play but didn't know any GMs so I decided to step up to the plate and I've been GM ever since, I currently have a table that has been going on since 2020 and I've GM at event for a local store. GMing is the aspect of TTRPGs that has always called my attention, creating a story or world that players can interact with, weaving stories with the threads that characters create, I like playing the game but I love GMing!

During Lock down a group of online friends wanted to play D&D but no one wanted to GM, OS I decided to step up since that was the aspect of TTRPGs that always interested me the most but was too afraid to try until that moment
My favorite shows/movies are
Anything that leaves you wondering after for day, something like Shutter Island or Midsommar
How Fatedancer runs games
I provide a rich and immersive experience to players with descriptive battles and engaging RP, I prefer the RP aspects of the game but I believe that it should be player driven so in my campaigns I try to involve the players back stories as much as possible so that they feel that their past is shaping their present and future in the campaign.

Character building, I love referencing the character's back stories so that the players feel like their character have some weight in the world
Fatedancer's ideal table
I think players that love to role play and are willing to take part of an engaging story with flawed characters, these are the types of players that would enjoy my table, I am very beginner friendly and I think the rules can be overlooked if the story calls for

I think metagaming...
has no room at my table, I think that is a sure way of killing immersion
