About me

New player, with a bit of previous experience and understanding from my younger days. Very excited to get back into the hobby. I'm looking for long term campaigns and one shots, heavy on role play, so I can remember how to do so! Adult/Mature. No spotlighting, nor meta from group players. Takes me right out of it... Want to work with an experienced GM/group that has patience with beginners, and loves to not only let characters get their voice involved, but understands that we should be discussing decisions, ourselves, our stories, and our thoughts, with room to breathe and encouragement of RP amongst each other. GM ensuring that happens is very important to me, as I'm not likely to infringe on another players spotlight/meta tendencies, since their dollars are on the table too. Hope to find a group soon, but the right fit is most important. 25+ would be nice since I'm 46, but maturity and interest in others goes much further than outright age. Despite my age, I can be goofy and do appreciate it in others, so long as it doesn't override group dynamic.
