Matt

If you want a campaign that feels like a fantasy epic novel that's scored by a film composer, this is the DM you need. Smitty's creativity blew our party away from session one. They don’t just run encounters; they build immersive set pieces where your choices carry real weight. Complex intrigue, clever puzzles, and chaotic combat get equal love, and every NPC feels distinctly alive with sharp wit and memorable voices. The real game-changer is the music. Instead of looping generic tavern audio, they score the session in real time. The soundtrack shifts seamlessly—eerie ambient drones during a tense dungeon crawl, melancholic acoustic melodies around a campfire, and heart-pounding percussion the second initiative is rolled. The audio design alone elevates every scene into an unforgettable moment. They’re patient with newcomers, brilliantly challenging for veterans, and weave backstories deeply into the plot.
