I've been a spectator of DnD mostly, but now a new player and wanted to hop in to a campaign right away. I reached out to Jason about a current running campaign and he let me join in and was amazingly helpful with helping me get familiar with Foundry VTT and answered any questions I had. I did not really know what I was doing, playing a high level new-to-me class/character, but Jason showed so much grace in the process and made the sessions fun. I highly recommend him as a DM. :)
