I've been a player in Loremistress LadyBug's One Ring 1e campaign for a year and a half now. It's become one of my favorite systems, and as a Tolkien nerd who grew up on the books, loved the films, and owns an array of LOTR board games and other memorabilia... being guided through our own little adventure through Middle Earth with LadyBug's capable hands on the reins makes my inner 11-year-old grin. LadyBug takes a pre-established setting & couple published modules and makes them her own, leading us down fresh paths through old, well-trodden territory. She's infectiously enthusiastic about the material herself, and it shows clearly at the table. For a niche system that you might not have heard of until just now (like myself from the outset), she makes gameplay thoroughly intuitive, and helps translate "this is what I want to do; what are the mechanics for doing it?" into actionable choices and skill checks. At this point, she's not just a paid GM, she's a dear friend. Come join us!

I've been playing with Driden for about a year now, and he is one of the best GMs I've had the pleasure to game with. A fellow lore nerd, I can appreciate the craft behind his worldbuilding. And as a player new to the FATE system, I'm grateful that he's been both effective and gracious in helping me navigate the mechanics. Adapting the FATE system to a setting wherein we're playing as a bunch of horrific supernatural creatures, trying to get our Haunt on any yet having only passing success amidst things like Scooby-Doo-esque shenanigans with unreasonably sharp teenagers successfully fending off poltergeists and eldritch horrors... Well, that was no easy feat, I'm sure, but Driden's dedication and natural acumen has made this game one of the highlights of my week. The Discord is also well-organized and welcoming, full of a bunch of other very nice, welcoming people from the array of other games Driden runs. I cannot recommend him highly enough as a GM.
