He's great with beginners, patient, clear, and always ready to help players ease into the game without feeling overwhelmed. What really stands out is how much freedom he gives players to approach things their own way, whether it's combat, puzzles, or roleplay. He encourages creative thinking and adapts the game to suit the group's style, which makes sessions feel personal and engaging. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a supportive and kind DM.

I had an absolute blast playing in Perkon's game! Honestly, I’d use even more adjectives to describe how much fun it was, but I think StartPlaying might censor me. Perkon is an amazing DM who knows the rules like the back of his hand, which made the entire game run smoothly and effortlessly. The plots were intriguing and engaging, and he did an incredible job incorporating each player's backstory into the game. This gave us the opportunity not only to explore the rich, immersive world he created but also to dive deep into the characters and stories we had written. It was truly masterful how he tied everything together and kept the game flowing seamlessly, even when we accidentally abandoned what I think might have been the entire starting plot. Not once did he falter or lose his footing. Every NPC felt like a fully realized, unique individual, and I absolutely loved interacting with all the fascinating characters and elements he brought to life. There was never a dull moment—so many cool things to do, and just writing this review makes me want to dive back into that world all over again. I cannot recommend Perkon enough. He’s a phenomenal DM who knows exactly what he’s doing, and if you play in his game, you’ll be in excellent hands!

We've only done a quick session, but Ark has already made the world feel vibrant and alive. Every character I encountered felt distinct, with their own motivations and depth, not just there to push the story forward. Ark also checked in with me throughout the game, creating a safe and welcoming atmosphere that felt genuinely inclusive. Plus, I don't think I've ever played with someone with such a grasp of mechanics and rules. I had an absolute blast, and I can't recommend Ark highly enough to anyone looking for a fun and perhaps slightly chaotic run around ancient DnD Greece.
