Really knows how to set the mood. Creates thoughtful and challenging combats where all parts of the battle map are being used. His villains are layered and complex, really making your character have to consider their actions and choices. I've been playing with Devin for over a year now. I can confidently say that he is an excellent DM and knows the system well. He is a great DM for players new and old!
