Piper is an incredibly deft and friendly GM, familiar with a variety of systems and always open to input from players about developing storylines and moving a game forward. What you see with them during play is reflected in how they manage games. They will work with your schedule to find opportunities to play. They care about making everyone feel welcome and creating a playstyle that matches group expectations. The longer I play RPGs the more convinced I am that a GM who can do these things, who can treat their players with respect and maturity, is just as important as memorable NPCs and rules mastery, if not more so. You will receive that respect if you join one of Piper's games. Don't worry, you'll get funny voices too.

Sonder came to our game of Spire prepared and organized. She led us through the scenario capably and gave a tremendous amount of breathing room for the players to interpret the scenario and roleplay off of each other and NPCs. Sonder was careful to keep player safety front of mine and made sure we had bio-breaks during the session when needed. If you are looking for a GM who knows indie systems and will let you think creatively and (when necessary) break through the guardrails I'd strongly recommend Sonder.
