Great DM, knows the rules, allows players to try things out, includes everybody in every scenes. Offers a welcoming environment, so if you are a non-native english speaker like me, or a new players (or both and anything else), you won't feel judged at all, which is very cool. He has a good mic, sounds clear and he is easy to understand, which is a big plus to me.
