Mia Ceratops

TLDR: I've played with Pedro over the course of several weeks and will continue to play with him. I have also worked with him one on one and know that he is a stellar quality GM. First of all, he's a detailed and organized type of GM which I prefer. I could tell this about him the very first session I had with him which was why I asked him to teach me how to GM one on one. He was excited to teach me the ropes and possibly overprepared himself for it but I'd rather that than a half-hearted BS session that isn't worth my money. From those sessions, I knew I would come to trust him long term. Next, he can definitely be nice and cruel depending on the situation. He has given us collaborative and individual challenges that are certainly tough but he always also makes sure that we have what we need to succeed, it is up to us to pick up on it. He also knows when he has made mistakes and is not bound by pride to admit them. Good quality in a GM for sure.

I ended up playing one on one so it was a very fun and engaging experience for me. He’s a great DM and I learned a lot about the old school dnd. He kept me on my toes and oh the suspense hahaha he knew when to give me difficult choices and when to reward when I made good ones. I would definitely follow, recommend (when my normie friends decide dnd is cool) and watch for other games in the future.

Spent a couple hours playing D&D with Mae on Christmas day 2023 and t'was a positively memorable experience! Found myself thinking about the campaign in the back of my head for the rest of the day no matter what I was doing, or who I was with/talking to. She not only tolerated my kleptomaniac character, she *fed her phat with shiny things*-enough to retire at the end of the campaign. She adapted to us players on the go! She's brilliant. :) Got all sorts of Christmas gifts in the form of magic items during the campaign, but the real gift was the overall memorable experience (because every treasure in the world won't matter if your party member decides to use a scroll of the comet and kill *most* of the party in the end). Also loved the voices she'd do! She was helpful, knowledgeable and also kind to me, a beginner.
