He runs very fun campaigns and one shots, and when I first started playing in his games, I was extremely new. However, he was very patient and had no issues helping me out when I encountered something I wasn't really sure how to handle. Stories are player driven, and he's always done a great job rolling with player decisions. He creates worlds with a myriad of NPC voices and types, uses roll20 for maps and always has something available to help set the scene for visuals. He also uses discord for voice and dndbeyond for character creation.

Bobby creates an environment where everyone can feel welcome, whatever background, whatever skill level. He's extremely flexible with player decisions and creativity, encourages player creativity, and knows how to incorporate the random things we players do within the mechanics of dnd, rolls with us on the fly when we do random things he might not have been prepared for, and ultimately creates very enjoyable sessions that are still grounded in the reality of the dnd game. If you aren't sure what you might need, tech wise, when joining a game: he's been using dnd beyond for character sheets, maps, and tokens, while using discord for voice chat. So, not a lot is necessary to get started playing a game with Bobby, and if you're new - he will absolutely help walk you through setting it all up.

I joined this campaign looking to learn the ropes for DND, as I'd never played it beyond the video games, and there's quite a lot to learn in the TTRPG setting. However, Shinii knows how to expertly run a campaign for a bunch of noobs. He comes prepared knowing the rules to dnd and also utilizes dnd beyond and roll20 for character creation and maps. He's quite flexible and patient with newer players and makes excellent use of verbal cues to help guide us through the game, rather than forcing us into a direction or course of action, but it's all ultimately our choice what we do, and he rolls with what our characters do. He's been very encouraging and supportive of backstories, helping everyone get those set up and encourages roleplaying beyond just combat scenarios. Overall, the way he runs the campaign, I barely have felt like I was learning how to play. We didn't spend an hour+ going over rules; Rather, we had an introductory session that had us go into many different scenarios where we learned the basics, and it was done in a way that it didn't feel like a slog. So, whether you're a new player or a more experienced one - he runs the campaigns in such a way that I think they're good for pretty much any level of experience, and I definitely recommend jumping in a game with him.

Frank has access to maps for easy visuals and allows for players to decide how they're going to deal with their tasks, even in one shots. He can help set up characters for newer players, and for older players, you'll find he provides fun and, at times, rather silly characters - keeping the story engaging and entertaining.

Byron is extremely friendly, easy going, easy to get along with, absolutely creates a welcoming environment with visuals for any environment. Myself and a friend joined him for a star wars one shot. I had never played SW, my friend had never played a ttrpg. But, my friend picked up the game just as well as I did.
