Coming as a new player of D&D, I was nervous about playing a complicated class. Throughout the campaign I was thoroughly impressed with Alex, especially with his ability to know when to make fair rulings and when to let the “Rule of Cool” set the tone. I was also impressed by his ability to allow players to add to the world, which gives him permission to mold the world into goals, boons, and consequences for players to take on. Overall, his creativity and respect for the players is what keeps me going back to him and his games. And his genuine passion for player agency, camaraderie, and overall fun for everyone is what I will take forward as I begin my on journey into being a DM.

With my VERY first campaign with Aram, I was very nervous about how I would perform with a group of players. But even on my first session, Aram allowed me to be creative and include my input into the narrative. His storytelling and podcasting skills were superb and really showed every session!
