A GM that hits all the sweet spots. Quick-witted and clever. Great role player. Scenes feel immersive. Master of the cliffhanger. Puts in the prep-work. Has all the VTT maps, minis, and music at the ready. Patient to explain/clarify things when asked--and happy to reiterate. Your character concept is carefully considered and given their spotlights in the narrative and even a specially curated feature to enhance their flavor and function in-game. Keen to reward players for their contributions. Flexible in unconventional circumstances. Difficulty in combat scenarios are telegraphed appropriately and rolled openly. Most importantly it's a blast. I usually find star-rated review systems imperfect or misleading, BUT... I spend every week thinking about the previous session and looking forward to game day again.
