I had a fantastic first session with Manny. I was a bit nervous, because it was the first session where I neither knew one of the player nor the GM beforehand - and it was also my first time playing Shadowdark. But I immediately fell in love with the system and was excited about playing my character. Manny set the mood really well and I felt immersed in the setting the whole time - which helped me to roleplay my character and have so much fun. Also, I really liked the way he portrayed the NPC's - they were all very unique and I enjoyed interacting with them (and felt sorry when they died). Can't wait for the next session!!!
