About me

Hey hey, it's KK! Geez, I guess I've been playing TTRPGs for six years now but opened up one of the original D&D boxed sets at a friend's place over a decade ago and got absolutely hooked. Since then I've played a smattering of sessions in a couple untimely campaigns––RIP Logos the Incisive and Darwen Galerider; life's 2020 campaign's BBEG got you––as well as three 18-month D&D 5e campaigns, another 18-month PF2E game, and an ongoing Vampire: The Masquerade stint. Add that to a Call of Cthulhu one-shot, a couple Blades in the Dark hangouts, and a library of game systems taking up a cherished part of my mental hard drive, and it's safe to say I love it! As a player, I tend to be very relationship-focused and story-driven, though not at the expense of other components when I'm behind the screen and pulling the strings. Clever combats featuring environmental effects, perplexing puzzles needing teamwork to tackle, and insidious intrigue spurring ardent action... I never want to sacrifice the forest for the tree, no matter how lovely its branches. My writing and speaking style trends toward the poetical and dramatic, and I'm ridiculously studious with accent work, though I can't promise that means I'm *good* at them!
