Sands is a great GM that really leans into the "yes, and..." aspect of roleplaying. I've been playing with her for years and she's only gotten better.

One of the specific standouts with Sands is their ability to adapt to player desires and needs, and incorporate them into the game fluidly. Backstories and character quirks are handled with care for not only the game itself, but the other players as well. NPC voices really help build the immersion, complete with all the works in Foundry it really sells the whole package into a fun experience. Highly recommend giving Sands a chance to run your game for you!
