Leaf has created a well fleshed out world and a wide range of very different npcs, all the while weaving in our ideas, actions and backstory as players. His style is definitely more theater of the mind, and he knows how to paint a picture with words. The npcs we've met so far have all had their own mannerisms and voices, and we've been presented with many interesting locations to explore and quest hooks to nibble on. So far the games have been a blast, and I look forward to each session.

Rob is an expert in making your character and your actions meaningful in his world. If you take the time to engage with the world and really connect your character with the lore, npcs and magic it will pay off tenfold. I'm so glad that I joined Rob's game and got my expectations of what a great dnd campaign can be like blown out of the water. I doubt I will ever get to experience the game like this again. My only regret is that I only have the time to play in one of his weekly games.
