What impressed me the most about Cody was when in the first session of Starfinder 2e with him we both were able to roleplay out half the session then got in 3 whole combats(In the last hour of session too I think) before the end of session with smooth efficient clockwork rules and running an AP he'd only just read and learned that same week. If you've played any RPG you know how combats can tend to dominate hours of session but these were neat and efficient while still being extremely fun and making us feel like action heroes. Cody is a GM who has strong rules knowledge and makes combats fun experiences. I'd describe him as a combat heavier style but with opportunities for RP. He is also extremely punctual with timing of the game starting exactly 5 minutes after the set time, taking a break mid session, and if any time is lost due to his own outside game factors he WILL make sure to make up the time for the group which is honest and extremely professional. Great music too!

Jasper is one of my favorite Storytellers, willing to challenge you but also let your creativity and passion succeed in narratively fun ways. Expect tons of opportunities for action and the story to make your characters matter.

I didn't know exactly what to expect when I signed up for Niamh's Chicago by Night V5 Chronicle. My last few groups in the system had fallen apart or had STs that would subject their players to a slow paced game with little development. I needed something fresh and filled with opportunities for action. Niamh did not disappoint me and in fact surpassed my expectations. The first session let every character enter the story in an interesting way while building toward a group action opportunity that we took and instantly bonded the characters closer then any forced mission normally would. The next two sessions were drama and character opportunities in droves creating a fast paced but very enjoyable game where nobody was resigned to passive play unless they wished to let others lead more. I admire how Niamh controls her tables well with clear boundaries, making sure everyone understands the intentions and not simply the rules are for rules sake. She cultivated her community and its rare to find so many good role players and collaborative players together in one place which is fantastic. She listens and addresses any questions and concerns while maintaining order so everyone has fun at her table and no one is left out.

I am skeptical of paying money for D&D and this the second game master I've played with on the site. However after talking with him I felt it was very worth giving a shot, especially when he was receptive to my flavoring a one armed fighter to still be effective mechanically. He took interest in my backstory and didn't have an issues incorporating it into his campaign world, which on the surface seems like the typical planescape setting thanks to many old modules used for the story but has been modified by countless player actions and decisions of multiple groups all in the same living world. If you like creative cooperative story telling and challenging combat tactical encounters this might be the DM for you. Tell him what you are interested in and you'll see it become part of your game like a abandoned Spelljammer our party stumbled on and now might become a bigger focus for the group then the original campaign seed.
