Context: I played in a free one-shot of Microscope as a first time player of Microscope and CosmicalRabbit running Microscope for the first time. Our session was well-paced and well-guided. Cosmical is a kind and encouraging facilitator. Microscope is a bit unique in that it is GM-less, but that it is still recommended that somebody knows the rules best and helps facilitate. To that end, CoscmicalRabbit did a great job in preparing and delegating. I imagine he is similarly a great host for games with a GM role.

Talons is a fantastic GM! She is a great communicator and gave us a really proper Session 0. She runs a great RAW game with a deep knowledge of the rules, while carefully choosing concessions for goofs and flubs as we are settling into the campaign. I think Talons runs a great balance between challenging and fun! She does really fun and distinguishable voices for the characters and is very sharp and quick during roleplay. Highly recommend!

JJ is such a fantastic GM! He is communicative, kind, and runs a very immersive and smooth game. I think more happened in a single session with JJ GMing than in any other game I've ever played simply because he keeps players really engaged and moving along. I don't know what else you could possibly ask for in a GM. If you're thinking about joining one of his games, just do. JJ's energy also fosters a great community around him, so not only is he great as a GM, but the players he draws to his tables are lovely as well. Really love that I stumbled into LANCER and had JJ as a GM to introduce me to the game.

Chris is a fantastic GM giving both direction and leeway for players to immerse themselves, be part of the creativity, and also bring the pain in well-thought out and balanced encounters (not always combatative!). They are resourceful, smart, timely, communicative, and also a great roleplayer! Chris's game is one of my favorite games I've ever played. Can't recommend highly enough.
