Relaxed atmosphere, with much flexibility. The oneshot was small but very entertaining, with a few fun puzzles, and Zman, the GM, even added music to set the mood. I had a lot of fun learning to play Pathfinder. :) Would recommend this GM!

Update: Just want to say that I really love this campaign and this group. It's one of my favorite subjects to discuss with my family during the week. If I had to keep but one online subscription it'd probably be this. --- Isaac is a great GM. The sessions are relaxed but fun. As a fellow neurodivergent (Autistic ADHDer) learning to play (especially on the roleplay side of things), I feel safe and understood. For instance, Isaac frequently offers opportunities for me to jump in and add to the narrative, but doesn't push it, so I can practice at the pace that works for me.
