It was so fun playing with Sebastian! He's so experienced and the one shot he built had everything -- intrigue, high-tactics combat, hilarious moments, and a really cool fair to explore where we could get neat buffs and play games before the battles started. He also used a lot of excellent safety and consent tools beforehand so everyone was comfortable, which I appreciated a lot.

Sam was such a creative DM! I played in his muppet-themed one-shot and had a blast. He's kind, responsive, and great with beginning players. He rewards and encourages creative play and teamwork and filled his dungeon with cool stuff for us to find!

Echo

I would hit all the positive tags if I could for Echo. The one shot I played with him was a blast all the way through. His homebrew sci-fi DnD mashup world was fascinating, and a joy to explore. The gameplay was balanced and thoughtful, and both the world and the DM were quick to reward player creativity. Combat was challenging, well-designed, and well-balanced. Each encounter was difficult, but we were always rewarded for playing smart. The whole session, it was clear that even as Echo created encounters to challenge us, he was fan of our characters and was rooting for us. As a DM he is patient, full of good humor, and has a great sense of when to engage the rules as written and when to let the rule of cool reign supreme. I would definitely recommend him for all levels of players, including beginners.
