About me
I played a ton of AD&D as a kid (I even attended GenCon once!) but lost interest when our DM moved away. Recently I started getting ads for a basic version of D&D for my kids. At the same time, I started listening to the He Who Fights With Monsters series. This has really brought back good memories and now I'm really excited to try this again (with the updated rules). The online format is pretty exciting too (I don't have to fly from Alaska to Milwaukee to find a quality DM!)

I wholeheartedly recommend Bruce for anyone who enjoys a good game of D&D! I’ve been playing with Bruce for quite a while now (66 sessions as I write this). His style as a DM is excellent. He provides plenty of roleplay opportunities along with challenging combat each session. While not in session, he is invaluable with character creation, giving tips to help your characters reach their potential without sacrificing your vision of your character. His homebrew adds fun and interesting options to the game, constantly evolving to keep it fresh. If that’s not enough, he runs a Discord channel full of knowledgeable folks who are happy to help. Give him a try, you won’t regret it.
He has been great so far. He spent a ton of time helping me get my character ready then more setting up the game to make sure everyone was comfortable before we even started playing. Since then, he’s been great at keeping everyone involved in the game while letting us roleplay to keep the game fun. It’s been a blast so far! Highly recommended!
I've been away from D&D for a long time (a really long time!) and Megan made my reintroduction great! She was very helpful and the gameplay was excellent! There were experienced players playing as well and they seemed to have a great time, as well. I highly recommend Megan for any player!
