About me
I’ve been back in the TTRPG world for about a year and a half after a long break, and I’m really enjoying it. I like building original characters off familiar tropes and getting into good, collaborative storytelling. By day, I’m a creative director at a small media company that handles everything from animation to comedy specials to docuseries. Genre-wise, I tend to drift toward fantasy in all its forms, from high fantasy all the way into grim dark, and I’ve always had a soft spot for horror, whether it’s gothic or something more modern and unsettling. If there’s atmosphere, tension, or a solid twist, I’m happy. Mostly, I’m just here to have fun and tell a great story with everyone.

Andrew runs play-by-post campaigns that make you want to check for updates as soon as you wake up. He’s patient, approachable, and great at making everyone—from first-timers to veterans—feel like they belong at the table. If you’re unsure about the rules or nervous about jumping in, Andrew’s the DM who’ll make it easy without talking down to you. What sets him apart is the effort he puts into his games. His descriptions are vivid, his maps are detailed, and the world he builds feels alive and open to your ideas. There is plenty of room for players to engage, shape the story, and feel like their characters truly matter. Plus, his response times are excellent, keeping the game moving at a steady pace without leaving anyone behind. Andrew is a fantastic choice if you’re looking for a DM who combines creativity with a knack for keeping the game welcoming and fun. He strikes the right balance of structure and freedom, making every post a step deeper into a world you want to explore.
I started in one of David’s play-by-post games, and now I’m playing in two—which says a lot about how much I’ve enjoyed his style. David is a Game Master who knows how to make the slower pace of play-by-post work in its favor. He’s creative, adaptable, and keeps the momentum going, even when life inevitably slows things down for some players. My D&D experience was bare when I joined—just enough to know what dice to roll. David made jumping in and feeling part of the group easy. His style is more about giving you the tools and space to figure things out independently, which I found rewarding. If you prefer every step spelled out for you, it might take a little adjusting, but that’s part of what makes his games so engaging. The group is always there to help and answer questions, and David ensures you have everything you need to succeed—it’s just up to you to take the reins and run with it. David is excellent at balancing player creativity with the structure of his stories. Even when the group takes things in unexpected directions, he keeps the game engaging without forcing things back onto a strict path. His humor and flexibility add to the experience, and his ability to adapt to player choices shines in the play-by-post format. David's games are a great choice if you’re looking for a GM who can craft a rich, immersive story while giving you space to grow as a player. Checking in on his campaigns has become a daily ritual for me, and I’m always excited to see how things unfold.
