Joe is low-key the GOAT! He's def thoughtful and totally non-judgmental, which was clutch when I was a noob. I swear he knows every single race and class, and he was super helpful when I was tryna make my first character. Now that I'm less clueless, I still hit him up for advice even when I'm not at his table, lol, and he still comes through. I'm so hyped for his new dragon riders setting 'cause I'm obsessed with dragons and he really knows how to tell a story

Maz is currently teaching me how to play, and it’s been awesome! He reviews our character character sheets to make sure we don’t mess it up, and calmly points out why we might want to, say, check a door for traps. :) He set up a bunch of unique role play opportunities for us, then patiently let us unexpectedly go sideways into a heavy dungeon crawl. He creates a lot of his own worlds, so it’s not just the same stuff everyone else does. And, I really appreciate that he always shows up, which I’ve learned the hard way isn’t always the case!

Aaron did a very clear and thorough job getting us set up and ready to play. Then, as we played, he explained everything we were doing, gave us context, suggested attacks, etc. I could tell he had also shortened the more boring/awkward parts (like how we knew each other, travel, etc.) -- woot! I really appreciate his upgrades to the initial newbie campaign, rewards for in depth participation, etc. It was really fun and I learned a lot!
