My favourite thing from my experience is the world building. The worlds in our campaigns have so many details and complex NPCs, it really feels like the world exists around our characters. he brings along his own personal style to the game I played with him. He seems truly passionate about storytelling and its clear he also enjoys what he's doing. he is great at balancing encounters to be good for the party It also allows for a lot of player creativity on how we choose to interact with the world and npcs.
