I've had the pleasure of playing with X as a player as well as a storyteller in long-running Dark Ages Vampire campaigns. First and foremost, X brings a great attitude to the table. He goes out of his way to interact with the players both in and out of character, helping us to develop and play out deep and interesting narratives. He's serious enough to make stakes matter, character drama-pop, and yet still fits in humor to keep things fun and break the tension. Secondly, X simultaneously proves to be both extremely knowledgeable of the rules, and yet never fails to honor the rule of cool. I appreciate that he rolls with and emphasizes those ideas and actions that really make a session memorable, but within reason enough to keep things, well, reasonable. All of my experience with X both as a fellow player and a story teller has been nothing short of excellent. X is far and away one of my favorites on this platform, and I look forward to more opportunities to roleplay with him in the future.

I've played with Caleb several times now. As a DM, he is the perfect balance of professional and fun. He makes great use of virtual assets (Owlbear, Music, tokens, etc), has a great grasp on the mechanics of the game, is very friendly and easy to talk to, and seems to always support the rule of cool while keeping the mechanics of the game in line - which not all DMs do well. He has a great sense of humor, does great improv and DM voicing, and generally is a pleasure to have as a DM. I look forward to gaming with Caleb again.

Having only just started a new game of Dark Ages Vampire 20th Anniversary with Bleakseason, I have nothing but good things to say. First between sessions 0 and 1, bleak went out of his way to communicate with everyone, hear out our ideas, and offered great suggestions in helping us to weave our character stories together to form a tightly cohesive group. Come time for our first actual game - Bleak was professional. Great use of background music to set the mood, excellent and vivid descriptions, engaging NPCs with improv that was very well done. He speaks of himself as an ST that cares about RP and I believe that to be absolutely true. Looking forward to our campaign to come!

I had the opportunity to join a one-shot of Blades in the Dark hosted by Danil and had an absolutely awesome experience. As a complete novice to the BitD system, he was able to answer any question and teach us the system through game play in a fun and relaxed manner without any of the stress that can come with learning a new game in a constrained time frame. As someone who plays but also runs games, what really struck me about Danil is how professional he was in all the ways you want a GM/Story teller to be. Not only was he very clearly prepared for the game, but his improvisational skills were top notch. Blades in the Dark in particular is billed as a game of collaborative storytelling. Danil embraced and encouraged the creativity of the players and spun our roleplay into the story flawlessly. I particularly loved that he was able to balance having a great sense of humor while maintaining the focus needed to keep the game on pace. While it is not the most important element of the game, I'd also say that Danil nailed the Foundry VTT implementation used for the session. Scenes and music were appropriately evocative of the setting, mood, and theme. He'd even gone out of his way to set up a simple and effective character step-through process that was a very nice touch and very helpful to a beginner. All that being said, I hope to play more games with Danil in the future, and would absolutely recommend checking out his games or contacting him if there's something you want to try!

I just completed a one shot with Greg for the upcoming Cy_Borg rpg system and had an absolute blast. Greg brings just about everything you want in a GM or ST to the table. Fantastic use of visual aids and music, great story teller, great sense of humor, and skillfully improvisational. One of the most notable take aways for me as well was just how well paced his one-shot was. He managed to let us wander and do what we wanted in character while keeping the story moving and engaging, and we managed to pack a whole lot of rp and some combat into a mere 3 hours. Can't wait to game with Greg again.
