About me

I played D&D in the 80's as a kid but never again until 2022. Gave 5e a try, had a blast, and met some great folks. Looking forward to finding more entertaining folks to adventure with in the days ahead.

Just wrapped up a short Blade Runner mini-campaign and was thoroughly impressed with Colby's killer combo of tons of prep with the ability and willingness to take a story to interesting and climatic places based on player actions. Was also impressed with his abilty to teach a new system to a table of players who were unfamiliar with it while still keeping things moving along at a good pace. If you've ever been curious about a game that you've never played before, pull up a seat to Colby's table if you see him running it!

TJ ran a fun holiday-themed one shot that kept us guessing and engaged. He's clearly invested in creating a cohesive story with cool moments, and I'd be happy to play athis table again. Great for new and experienced players alike.

I couldn't have asked for a better introduction to Monster of the Week. Aaron provides great resources in advance to learn the game and teaches quickly on the fly while keeping it fun and moving along. His improv skills and ability to weave player contributions (and callbacks to those contributions) into the story are amazing. His descriptive language and music choices evoke the perfect mood to immerse yourself. Whether you're a veteran player or someone who's been curious about MOTW but doesn't know where to start, definitely pull up a chair to Aaron's table!

Will ran an excellent 1-shot that that was fun for players of all experience levels. They maintained a good pace with immersive storytelling that was further enhanced with a great map and cool music & sound effects. Extremely communicative and helpful in the days leading up to the session. Highly recommended and would happily play at Will's table again.

Alison did a great job blending Roll20 for combat and theater of the mind for exploration and roleplay. She set a scene and mood that immersed us quickly, and ran a fun and well-organized one-shot where she consistently demostrated investment in the emerging story the players were crafting. Appeciated the unique challenges present by the final enemy. Fun all around and would happily join her table again.
