Andrew is a great DM, really enjoyed playing at his table. Takes the time to explain concepts to less knowledgeable players, paints really vivid scenes during adventures to bring the game to life, and enjoys watching his players win (as well as tormenting them as and when required, as any good DM does!).
I've recently started my second campaign with Erik with another Pathfinder to 5e conversion (first one was Kingmaker, now we've started War for the Crown). Erik is a fantastic DM: knows the rules, allows a lot of RP, gives license for players to be inventive (and rewards their efforts), keeps the pace of the game well, and above all, encourages his players to have fun! Cannot be more complimentary of a DM, hence why I'm signed up for another multi-year campaign with him (the last one went for over 2 years and this one will be similar).
Excellent control of the game while allowing players freedom to express their PCs and ask questions on the way through (for those with less background in the system/setting). In-depth rule knowledge. Great at setting the scene both tactically and strategically. And most importantly, tries to make it fun for all party members, balancing out RP, combat, and exploration/investigation nicely. Great GM!
Victoria took over as GM after our regular one (when she was one of the players) unfortunately had to back off due to Uni commitments. Rather than end the adventure she picked up the torch and kept the game running; so cool. Just like Arthur our previous GM, she's very knowledgeable on rules/systems but wants the game to flow and the players to enjoy themselves so is flexible with what she allows the players agency to do (or attempt to do). Very handy for noobs to VTM like me. I can highly recommend her, very much enjoying the Fall of London with her and my coterie currently.
