Four sessions into my Monster of the Week campaign with Nick as a first timer (I've only played DnD), and I have to say that I've had a lot of fun! MoTW is easier to get into than DnD as a first-timer. I had a character idea (while thinking in the realm of Buffy) with all these goofiness that I wanted and Nick helped me flesh my character out. The rule of cool definitely is a big part of it and I'm always excited for our next session (we went from once a month to bi-weekly because of how fun it is).

Six sessions into the campaign with Josh and I'm having a blast! He's truly building the entire campaign around each players' character backstory and gives the party plenty of hooks and trails for them to follow. Now comes the trick of the party deciding on which of the trails to pursue and that's been a fun thing to explore in character. :)

I've played at Rey's table at four different instances: a one-shot in his homebrew world, a one-shot intro to Burn Bryte, an on-going campaign in his homebrew world, and now, the Dragon of Icespire Peak campaign. Safe to say, I like playing at Rey's table and here's why. Rey's GM style is one about collaborative storytelling and having a good time. He cares about his players and has this insane ability of handling the shenanigans at the table while making sure each player is heard/has an opportunity to contribute to the story. He leans into his players' RP choices and skillfully answers/discusses any mechanical questions we may have. Bonus, Rey does all the fun voices for the various NPCs which is great. :) Overall, if you have a chance to be at Rey's table, go for it!

I played Business Wizards for the first time and it was fun! Very easy game mechanics and mainly built around a silly collaborative story. The group of people I played with had a great dynamic and we were able to cleanly finish our (very silly) story. The collaborative workspace of a shared google powerpoint presentation was both amusing (because how very business-like) and very simple to use. If you haven't played Business Wizards (or even if you already have), I would recommend you play!
