About Willow
Hello! My name's Willow (they/she). I am an avid worldbuilder, game master, artist, writer and dreamer always looking to help people bring their unique characters to life and immerse people in any game I run. I also LOVE to do silly and serious voices. Voice acting is a passion of mine. LGBTQ+ friendly. I put a huge emphasis on the safety and comfort of my players as well as communication. I have been roleplaying and storytelling since I was in highschool so even though I am newer to DND 5e, I know to weave a good story with fleshed out npcs. I have been gming for 3+ years now and I have loved it so much. I put an emphasis on rule of cool and use homebrew liberally especially when crafting unique monsters.

drawing, writing, animating and spending endless amounts of time with my family including my fur babies. I adore being creative at all times of the day and always have a new idea brewing in my brain.
How Willow runs games
I love to emphasis roleplaying and exploration in my games though I do love to be creative with my combat. When it comes to roleplay, expect fluid npcs that with their own goals and motives that will react differently depending on the player and the position in the story. High stakes political discussions and tense conversations should be expected. Your actions will always have consequences so be wise with what you say and do. With regards to combat, I love to craft tactical high stakes combat with unique takes on monsters and use of the environment to make it feel more immersive. I use homebrew liberally and love the rule of cool to allow myself and my players to get a little crazy and have a unique experience.

Rules are...
meant to be broken, bent and held up depending on the occassion! If an epic moment is happening and the only stopping it is a small rule, I will bend it. If someone suggests something completely unhinged and wacky, bend the rules for the funnies. Rules give us a good structure to build on.
When it comes to voices
I love doing different tones, accents and qualities of voices for different characters. My favourite types of voices are gremlin and unhinged voices.
Willow's ideal table
My ideal table has players that love to joke and have fun but can also lock in when the game gets serious. Fun brew and rule of cool are plentiful in my games. The vibe at my tables is usually pretty relaxed with players being able to joke and banter with each in and out of character while respecting each others boundaries. I like being able to help shy players out of their shells and want a table that will share the spotlight. My table is LGBTQ+ friendly with no racism, discrimination or bigotry being tolerated. If the question what are your pronouns offends you or triggers you, my table is not right for you!
