How Angela Lemus-Mogrovejo runs games
Greetings! My name is Angela (she/they) and you can refer to me by that name or by my pen name Neidy. I am a disabled, trans, autistic Latina writer who has been involved in TRRPGs for over 7 years now. As far as my game facilitation goes, I lean heavily into emotional roleplay and don't shy away from touching on difficult topics with an often hopeful yet bittersweet perspective. For combat, I lean towards theater of the mind whenever possible, both for easing mental workload and to reduce work for my players to process in game. I like letting the players lean into moments of cool even if it breaks with the rules a little bit. My goal is to put players just on the brink of emotional duress and then ease off to provide gentle, calming, reassuring moments to relieve that tension. That being said, my goal with any system I run is to showcase the emotional and mechanical aspects of the system as much as possible.
