About Prince
I started with tabletop games about seven years ago in LA living with a bunch of other goth nerds all playing dnd and one shots in the tavern of the mansion we all rented (there were fifteen of us lol). I'm a published author and poet, a certified comic artist, I've done script writing work for indie films - telling stories is very much a part of who I am. Doing it collaboratively is absolutely divine! My first game as a player was a cthulu themed one shot, my first campaign as a gm was for a fallout ttrpg, although I am very much a dnd person - I was helping my best friend work out some lore and got so invested we ran the game together. I'm also a certified comic artist and worked in character creation and worldbuilding for a comic studio, so I've definitely got a background in making places and people feel alive on top of acting experience. A lot of shenanigans occurred over the years of my life and I'm so grateful those shenanigans brought me here. Building a story together with people, getting to know the characters, watching them grow, build off their backstories. It's so much fun!

When I'm not running games I'm...
Off on an adventure! Is it a music festival, an underground warehouse show, a gothic burlesque cabaret, the latest indie horror film, spoken word poetry, stand up comedy, goth gogo dancing, a band interview? Maybe I'm sitting inside painting, writing poetry, or playing castlevania. Who's to say?
How Prince runs games
I am a very roleplay heavy dm, I do like combat that will keep you on your toes, though it may not be the focus of every single session. Character moments are important. In my irl games, I show up with skeleton keys, handwritten letters with burnt edges, and full floor plans of a house my players may not even stop by. I like to work with players to find their story within the overarching story, I will absolutely flip between creepy npc dialogue to a moment of needed levity for everyone. I may bring the world to life, I cannot do that without the people in it. I will memorize your backstory, I will remember exactly how tall your character is and if they look shorter sometimes because they tend to hunch. I do want combat to feel meaningfull. I will use voices - they may not always be the best voices - and above all, I want to make sure you're having fun.
